On The Road Effects pedals are guaranteed to be free from defect and will be repaired or replaced if a malfunction occurs within one year (365 days) from date of purchase. Damage to the pedal resulting from misuse (such as connecting the incorrect type of power adapter or modifying the pedal electronics in any way) will void this warranty, and repair charges would apply. Please contact us if a problem is encountered, and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 7 days from the date of of our delivery confirmed receipt for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to us, and the item must be returned in the condition that it was received.

One-Off Pedals – Warranty & Return Policy Limitations

One-Off pedals are individual pedals built for prototyping/experimentation purposes. The pedals offered in the One-Offs Corner of our online shops at Reverb and Etsy are subject to a limited return policy: One-Off pedals may only be returned for reasons of defect, within 7 days of delivery confirmed receipt. If you decide a One-Off pedal isn’t the sound you were looking for, or the pedal color clashes with the others on your pedalboard, it will be up to you to sell it. We do guarantee the One-Offs to be free from defect, so the Warranty information above still applies.
