Duke Robillard is a blues legend who’s musical career has spanned over four decades. BB King himself has called Duke “One of the great players”, and his albums have twice received Grammy Award nominations. In addition to co-founding Roomful of Blues, Duke has also shared recording studio space or stage time with greats such as Bob Dylan, Tom Waits, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Dr. John and many others. Duke owns a custom reverb, a Dynami Vise compressor pedal and a Tremble Tremolo built by On The Road Effects.

Grammy Award-winning recording engineer Ducky Carlisle knows great tone. Ducky named our buffer pedal ‘The Betterizer’ after receiving an early prototype, remarking “everything just sounds better when it’s on”. The Betterizer now sees regular use in his studio sessions, in front of a vast collection of vintage amps. Ducky’s impressive list of production/engineering credits include work for artists such as Norah Jones, Susan Tedeschi, Bleu & Buddy Guy.
